Douglas Ready The idea that I'm concerned about regarding investigating more is to understand the core ingredients that really comprise game-changing companies, and my argument is that these are companies that have simultaneously inculcated three critical capabilities. These are organizations that are purpose driven, performance oriented, and principles led. This sounds very easy to do but incredibly difficult to maintain those balances. So, I think finding organizations that are led by a sense of purpose yet have the edge of being high performance oriented and are guided by a set of enduring principles and values are what I think a lot of organizations are looking for. They often can master two of the three and yet it is all about putting those three things together. This is what I think is the next Big Idea.
